Cameron interview: MP recall

Cameron is still dodging the question as to whether he'd hold a referendum if the Lisbon Treaty is ratified by all countries.

It is now obvious that he will not.

Problem is, of course, if you hold a referendum, it has to be clear what a 'Yes' vote and a 'No' vote actually mean.

In a situation where Lisbon has been ratified and is in force, it's not clear what a 'No' vote would mean for the UK, if anything.

I'd like the referendum question to be:

"Do you want to repeal the Lisbon Treaty?".

That's crystal clear.
