Media and Parliament gagged on environmental catastrophe by corporations
Old Holborn posts an interesting expose (The Minton Report) on the gagging of the media and parliament to protect the interests of private (corporate) companies, which are responsible for untold human misery and an environmental catastrophe in the Ivory Coast.
How dare they allow private interests to gag the media and Parliament!

They will allow anything that protects their interests, Fausty, as you well know; as Mrs Thatcher said, 'Bad news for Britain is always good news for the Labour party'.
Thatcher was right, nemo_sum.
The sooner they go, the better.
Well that's the whole green taxing, bin snooping, carbon ponzi scheme torpedoed them!! They really do care about Africa and the babee Koalpolapanda Bears.
Yippee!!!!!
I'd hope so, Incoming! But I doubt it somehow. Still, we can give them a hard time of it - make 'em sweat it!
Didn't gag Old Holborn or Guido
Hopefully, this sorry government won't be around long enough to stop the likes of OH and Guido from blogging on it.
They're tops (along with Leg-Iron and Guthrum) in my books!
