The video that the author released was deleted from youtube, but a copy is now available (below). Four gunshots can be heard towards the end of the video, and speculators have said that these were shots by the military, finishing off any survivors of the crash. The Polish State prosecutor is now examining this issue.
The black box of the plane was recovered, showing that the plane had been functioning perfectly - it had undergone a complete overhaul the year before and was fitted with a "Terrain Awareness and Warning System (TAWS), which warns the pilot if he is too close to the ground or other obstacles.

Chances are the Russians did it as a warning to the polish regarding the nukes on the borders.
The fact that the NWO scum refused to go could indicate their fear.
The fact that it was done on Russian ground indicates it would most likely be Russia, if the NWO did it and had to shoot the survivers then they would also have to removed the bodies or the Russian would hav found the evidense.
I'd say Russia, but who knows, clearly these people were murdered.

Even if Russia did it to protect the borders the NWO are responsable for threatening russia in this way and creating the possiblity of world war 3.
perhaps this was Russias best way of avoiding that confrontation before things got really out of hand as it is quite certain the NWO are planning a nuke war in the near future.

Anyone who speaks Russian can confirm there's not a single references to guns or killing in that dialog. It's just cops trying to keep bystanders away from the crash site and shooting in the air to disperse the crowd. The dude got stabbed by some gang in retaliation for trying to stir shit up where there's none.

Even if true and shots were fired only to disperse the crowd, or looters anything could have happened once crowd was gone and it does appear that someone was alive on the ground.
You can clearly see a puff of smoke or dust, looks like a bullet impact at 1.07 just in front of the plane after a shot is fired.

I don't know what happened but a Polish friend was telling me that there has recently been a discovery of a massive amount of natural gas in Poland, and how the government was holding out from agreeing to sign on the dotted line to develop the resource, and talking about how this could be the making of Poland, paying off their national debt and all that. The puff of smoke/dust comment? there are a few versions of the video in different qualities, find one of the better ones and watch full screen, I'm about 80% certain there is a ground impact after the shot just in front of the plane, it looks like a puff of smoke/dust and also interestingly and far clearer in one of the better videos some of the turf dislodges in two placed as if a bullit travels though the terrain, it's about the only steady part of the film, which means also less coding artifacts.
The impact is timed perfectly with the sound of the shot.
Take another look, sorry i dont have a link for the better version, i looked at about 10 versions and one was better, especially on this bit, it did not feature the circles and other added parts that would have degraded the video i presume as it was re uploaded with extra processing.
So look for one with less processing/comments graphics and slow mo and you should find it.
It looks quite obvious to me.
The impact, supports neither story of guards or murder, just that shots apear to be fired at people level if of target, rather than in the air as claimed?
also i would expect if the guards were firing into the air, i would have expected the shots to be in a quick burst, to create more panic and threat.
these shots appear to be more deliberate/considered and drawn out, perhaps loosly targeting visitors, which may explain the laughing, though strange time to be laughing!

It seems to me that UKIP and the BNP are two sides of the same coin, Anon - both are nationalistic and patriotic, but UKIP is right of centre, and the BNP is left of centre.
