The warmists, aware that they are losing the information war on their scam, are getting desperate.
Now, they want to set up an international climate court, where they can try those who inflict harm on "mother earth", as set out in the draft treaty text (PDF).
It shall truly be a religion, then.
Spanish Inquisition, anyone?

Mad as a box of frogs these warmists. Still with the likes of Quixote Huhne leading the way it's no surprise.
Indeed, OR. And the word is that the Huhnatic will not be touched by the CPS until 2012.
I wish him cold turkey.
Makes me think of the Book of Revelation and how there will be a one-world religion where the creation is worshiped rather than the Creator. I definitely see this climate change stupidity as morphing into that. They already have their heretic tribunals set up.
Spanish Inquisition, anyone?
Not really. This has looked on the cards for years, whereas nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
On Sunday morning BBC Radio News was celebrating the success of the Durban talks in creating legally binding agreement on carbon reductions.
There was no such agreement. All that was agreed was yet another round of talks in twelve months time with a view to creating a 'roadmap' towards such an agreeent in year X, again.
And in any case Canada has just exited the whole scam and is withdrawing from the Kyoto protocol. Presumably that country will be first up against the beak in the Court of Climate Justice?
