Boris for PM?

Maybe.

But be careful what you wish for.  Boris is an avid proponent of Turkey's accession to the EU.

While Boris is miles better than Cameron, Turkey's accession will be the end of this country.  And besides, Boris is unlikely to become Conservative party Leader before November 2012, when QMV kicks in, making the oppressive hand of the EU infinitely greater, and our chance of an exit, infinitely smaller.

Let's not vote for the least worst - let's vote for what we really want.

Vote UKIP at every opportunity, campaign for them, donate to them and relentlessly encourage everyone to do the same - and then we might just get the leadership this country wants and needs.

Oh, and Turkey doesn't need to join the EU. The EU realises that some countries might veto Turkish membership, so they've signed an agreement that gives Turks the same movement, employment and benefit rights as EU citizens.

Big B is a supporter of more government spending as well. UKIP is certainly a better choice.

Don't forget that one of Boris' ancestors was a Turkish diplomat who was killed in a coup. He has very strong feelings towards the Turkish people and state so this may well be his reason for that country joining the EU. Also, if it all goes tits-up, he will be well placed to avoid any problems.
